Insight Media are one of the most professional and creative organisations we have worked with, always offering an excellent quality of product and going beyond the call to ensure that the job is done on time and within budget.
On top of that, their ability to work with people, either as subjects of their work or directly participating in making video, stands them out from the competition.

Having worked with Insight Media on a range of projects over a number of years I have always found the service to be excellent.
Richard’s analytical ability means that he is able to understand the client brief very quickly. He is then able to add value by producing a range of creative options and is very responsive regarding the filming and editing schedules. I have always found that his interpersonal style means that he build very positive relationships with my clients too which is important when everyone is working under pressure to complete the filming within a defined time schedule.

Insight Media worked with myself, a colleague and a small group of care leavers during 2011/12 on a DVD project which involved filming in a variety of internal & external locations around Norwich. The filming told a connected story about moving into independence with a voice-over by the young people as well as interviews and a music track.
From the start of this project Insight Media were able to build a positive working relationship with the young people and encouraged them to say what they thought about all aspects of the project. When things needed to be re-shot this was always done in a way which was supportive of the young people and I was impressed by how Insight Media were able to be flexible when things did not go according to plan.
Insight Media embraced working in partnership with the young people, encouraging them to take on an editing role and accepting their decisions without comment.
I would highly recommend Insight Media if you are planning a DVD project with young adults who have experienced a range of challenges in their lives.

Richard and Anna have worked with us on a few films now and are so easy to work with. They make sure we feel like the film is ours and translate our ideas into amazing films that we can’t believe we were part of.
It is not easy working with young people but they not only manage to but make us feel respected and included even though most of us don’t have a clue where to start when we meet them. A lot of the projects they have worked with us on are about being in care, it’s a sensitive subject and yet they make it so easy they build great relationships and a feeling of trust this means we can be really open and honest about the issues we face without feeling judged or patronised. Richard & Anna both have first class film making skills and knowledge and make an awesome team that you really enjoy spending time with and you get the most amazing, accurate, high quality films possible.
The work we have done with them is the work we are most proud to show and we can’t thank them enough. In fact they have won an award voted on by over 100 looked after children as a company that goes above and beyond what we expect from them.

"What can I say! I have known Insight Media for a while.
I hired them to help us make a corporate DVD for The Black Dog Music Project earlier this year and we are delighted to say that due to Insight Media's knowledge and expertise we had a great end product to help our marketing. We will definitely use again."

Insight Media worked in our special school and produced a very high quality dvd prospectus for us. Their professional and sensitive approach ensured that our pupils and staff were totally at ease in front of the camera and we were especially pleased and impressed with the final result.
